American Airlines and US Airways will serve mostly Coke products in beverage revamp

American Airlines will serve Cola-Cola products with a handful of exceptions beginning on Nov. 1, the carrier told employees in this week's newsletter. 

I don't fly American Airlines or US Airways often, but I don't think the changes are too drastic. I believe this list is similar to what American and US Airways have been serving recently.

The newsletter notes a couple of changes. One, is that Fuze Tea will be removed from US Airways flights. Two is that Dr. Pepper and Sierra Mist will now be available on American's international flights.
