American Airlines will improve first and business class food

We have some more food news for first and business class fliers, this time from American Airlines.

American held an event today in Dallas to show off its new premium cabin menus. Delta and United have recently improved their first and business class food, and now American is ready to play catch up.

I don't know the details because I was not invited to American's event. I am not sure if buy-on board economy meals will improve as well. Let's hope they will.

Though I'm sad I was not invited, I have used social media to recreate the event. What do you think?

UPDATE: The always thorough Gary Leff was at today's event and has a full summary on his blog, View from the Wing.
